As our client, you have a choice of Ad-hoc (only billed per call out) or SLA (billed per month) type of support. Service Level Agreements are for those clients that IT is both critical and central to their business that they can not afford long periods of down-times and would not want to contact more than one service provider to have the fault resolved.
